Great Falls, Montana R minus 4 days

Today we woke up to brilliant sunshine.  The weather was dry and comfortably warm all day.  Nice change from yesterday.  I guess we should not get too used to this, as more cold weather and rain may be coming in on Tuesday.

This morning Spence started on the vehicle inspections.  We had five couples here already today.  Ken Carpenter and Karla Rader , Dick and Beverly Enderlein, Bert and Carol Henderson, J.W. and Mary Jo Hurdle, and George and Winifred Meiser.  He was able to get all five inspections done with no major problems discovered.

Carole and I spent the morning grocery shopping at the local WalMart and Sam's Club.  We have a lot of good meals and treats planned for these folks.

We had our first social at 4:00 p.m. this afternoon.  Everyone attended and we began the process of getting to know one another.  What a great group of people so far.  This will be a great trip!
